I have here one of my favorite food since I was a child. Some of you here might know it and maybe there are also some who didn't know what is it. And to cut the crap I will now introduced what is it.
Well it's "Polvoron". I don't know what you called it in your place but here in the Philippines we called it Polvoron. It was so very easy to nake as long as you had the ingredients. And take note there are only few ingredients and so very cheap. I will tell you the ingredients but I can't share with you for now the recipe because I forgot to document it. I just realized it when I am about to pack the polvoron. So here are the ingredients.
INGREDIENTS:
- ALL PURPOSE FLOUR / CAKE FLOUR
- POWDERED MILK / BUTTERMILK
- BUTTER
- SUGAR (WHITE / BROWN)
So that's are the ingredients of it. As for now since I can't share the recipe yet, but don't worry I will share it with you one of this days. I will let you see how it looks like and how did I pack it with the used of ice candy wrapper.
So once you've done cooking it this is how it looks like.
And I wrapped it like this.
I pour some amount of it into the ice candy wrapper.
Then I sealed it with the use of a candle with fire. Just see attached photo.
And then once it sealed your done. And since there still a space into the ice candy wrapper I put some amount again and then sealed.
And look I'm done. That's how easy it was in packing the polvoron. And as I promised next time, I will share with you the steps in cooking it. So that's it for now everyone. Happy eating :-)
