It's been a long time since my last dish has published. So now let me share another simple healthy dish. It is made up of squash. And this dish is what we called tye very famous "Sauted Squash" and since I'm the one who cooked it I will called this as "Sauted Squash Ala Flor" your Pinay Home Chef as what Sir named me.๐๐๐
Now let's start in naming the ingredients first then the steps on how it is cooked. I'm sure you can follow it because it's so very easy.
INGREDIENTS:
- squash
- garlic
- onions
- tomato
- salt
- ground black pepper
- oil
- soy sauce
- chicke/pork
- seasoning
- water
PROCEDURE:
1.Washed and peel the squash.
2.After peeling, cut the squash into your desired shape as well as the chicken and also garlic, onions and tomato.
3.Prepare a pan with oil. And saute garlic, onions and tomato. And once the garlic and onions turned to light brown put the chicken and let it cooked.
4.If the chicken is already cooked, put the squash and the remaining ingredients. (Soy sauce, salt, black ground pepper and seasoing) Then let it simmer until the squash cooked.
5.After simmering and cooking the squash taste it and if it's okay then served it.
6.Ready to Served
So that's it my dear hivers. Were done cooking. It's so healthy and yummy. And it's so good for our eyes. So my dear mommies come on and cooked this dish for your babies. They will really love it. Happy yummy eating everyone๐๐๐
