Have a Blessed Day to all ASEAN Hivers and all my Fellow Hivers all over the World!
From the very busy days that past in my life, one of the most prepared with and much-awaited event we looked for is our Section 3 Summer Youth Camp to be held at Christian Haven, Tuod Misamis Oriental.
Ever since before, here is our Section we always organized a Youth Camp as this will make our young people grow spiritually and at the same time, they will meet new friends from different Churches.
The said Youth Camp will be happening next week, and before it happened we leaders needed to prepare the venue that is why we helped each other so can do it fast as possible.
This is what I am going to share today, the happenings during our preparations to the venue. But this post will not be complete without my heartfelt thanks to all my supporters, most especially the Admins and all Curators, thank you so much.

Since the first time we visited the venue for an inquiry, we already noticed that we have a lot of things to do just to make the venue good and appropriate for our Youth Camp.
That is why, we set days for us to visit when we decided to choose this venue. We do need more for the preparation most especially in terms of finances, but God is good for He always provides.

We planned in our group chat that we will be going to the venue early in the morning so we can start very early and at the same time we can do more if we went early.
That was around 7:30 in the morning when we finally arrived at the venue and what we did first to to cut all the long grass who were in the ground using some "Bolo" who are commonly know here in us to cut the grass.
Were also very thankful as we have three Grass Cutter that only needs gasoline to used it and some of our leaders how to used it. This makes our work fast as it is easy to cut this long grass in the ground.

While some of the young people and leaders are busy cleaning and cutting the long grass, we have then also start preparing the stage with some of the decorations we needed to do.
What we did is, we put first the red and yellow curtains, and we also helped each other just to finished it fast and correct. Then, we put in the Tarpaulin we printed for this event which is very wonderful to looked at.
It is also good that we have some teachers in profession knowing that they really know how to bw creative based on what they usually do in their classroom and other school activities.

It is not easy for us to work as the weather conditions today is so hot knowing that it is already Summer and the sun is much hotter than the usual, but still fighting for the Lord.
By lunch time, it is also time for all of us to break and we also eat together with all the foods that we brought today. We have a lot of foods to share with each and everyone of us.

We needed to take a rest even for just a few minutes, that is why just after our lunch we rested for a while in order for us to gain more strength to continue what we needed to do.
By around 1:00 in the afternoon, we have now enough strength to continue and each one of us went to our respective area where we do our tasks, so we can disseminate the tasks to each and everyone of us.
What we starts this afternoon is to arrange the tarp or trapal that can cover and extend our main hall during our Youth Camp. We thank God for all the people which God uses to provide this tarp or trapal.
At first, we didn't know what to do but God is good all the time, for during this moment, we have some ideas came out from everyone of us, and finally we got some great ideas to do.
It took us more than an hour just to finished to setup this tarp or trapal here, and finally we have a lot of things to do that had finished, and then we proceed with other tasks to do.
That was around 4:00 when some of us leaders decided to go home as they have other activities to do most especially in their Churches. They needed to practice for the Sunday's Divine Church Service.
But before we go back home, we looked at first all the rooms to checked what other things we needed to finish by Monday, the last day of our preparations before the much-awaited Youth Summer Camp.
This would be all for today's post, and until next time again, I just want to thank everyone in advance who will drop by on my blog post.
To God be all the Glory! 😇🙌☝️
