Have a Blessed Day to all ASEAN Hivers and all my Fellow Hivers all over the World!
This blog post of mine today is something special as now that I can already do some of the usual activity that I've attended. I am very thank to God for I can now do much more things after the accident which happened to me.
Just today, we have a special visitor from Philippine Coconut Authority which they sent a representative to document the distribution of Dwarf Coconut Seedlings for our Cooperative Members.
This is what I am about to share today on my newest "A Day in My Life Blog" post. But before I proceed with my sharing, this is what I always do. To give thanks to all my supporters, most especially the Admins, all Curators and even to all who keeps on dropping by to comment on my blog post, thank you to all of you.
A day before this activity happened, our Cooperative Chairperson contacted me about the said distribution of Dwarf Coconut Seedlings, and even though I am not on the list who will receive a seedlings, I need to attend too since I am the Secretary of the Cooperative.
It was said first that it will happen by the afternoon but suddenly, the representative from the Philippine Coconut Authority changed it and said she will arrive by 10:00 in the morning.
Since the time has changed, I have now then contacted those members of our Cooperative wo will receive the Dwarf Coconut Seedlings, and told them that the schedule is change and need to go to the house of our Chairperson where the seedlings located and be distributed.
I arrived around 9:30 in the morning and when I arrived, the representative from the Philippine Coconut Authority had already arriveda and some of the beneficiaries too, that is why we immediately started the process.
The representative now started the process she needed to do and since she is the one who knows what is the process, we let her do it and were just here to assist and help here. She first did a evaluation and do some interview for documentation purposes.
After the evaluation and do some interviews to the beneficiaries, it is now time for them to get their allocated Dwarf Coconut Seedlings. It is said that the allocated seedlings will be 143 Seedlings per 1 hectare.
Some of our beneficiaries declared 2 hectares that is why they will receive a total of 286 seedlings in total. They have now started to separate snd and count carefully the number of seedlings to be fair.
After a while, some other members who are beneficiaries had finally arrived and the process has now been started to them too before they can get their allocated seedlings.
Some of our Members where not arrived yet but since it is started to rain, we decided to go inside the house of our Chairperson while waiting for the rain to stop.
While were here inside, we took this time to have a short meeting since we have one of our Board of Directors, and me too who is also a member of the board with our Chairperson, so we are quorum to have a meeting.
We took this time to have a official turn-over of our Certificate of Re-Accreditation which we needed so that we will continue to received any program the Philippine Coconut Authority offers.
The other agenda which the representative shared to us is the Scholarship Grant they have for all the members of the Philippine Coconut Authority. She shared to us the requirements and other things we needed to know about this program, so we can share it during our Monthly meeting.
It took us many minutes talking about the program and other important matters and when we looked outside it is still raining, so we can't go back home yet.
Since it is already around 12:00 noon and it is time for lunch, our Chairperson offered us to have a lunch here in their house. We didn't hesitate since, it is already time to have lunch and it is still raining outside.
After a while, the lunch is already ready and it is now time for lunch. She prepared a lot of foods for us which are very delicious and we thank God for what our Chairperson prepared for us.
God will definitely bless her more for what she did today and for providing our lunch with the representative from the Philippine Coconut Authority. After then, it is now time for us to go home.
This would be all for today's post, and until next time again, I just want to thank everyone in advance who will drop by on my blog post.
To God be all the Glory! 😇🙌☝️
