Staying home at the moment but even if I don't have any scheduled event or activities to attend with, I make sure that I can do some important things even here in our home.
Since my Nephew's Summer Class has finally concluded and I am happy for the outcome to my Nephew. He can now read and write but still he needs improvement.
As the Teacher give my Nephew a homework activities like reading and writing. It is now my task to teach my Nephew here at home. I make sure that we will spend a time now to teach him while I am here staying at home.
This is what I am about to share today with all of you. The moment we spend time just to study and do the homework activities that the Teacher give to my Nephew.
But never I forget to thank you first my supporters here in the community before I started. Thank you to all the Community Admins and all Curators who keeps supporting me until now, and also to all who keeps on commenting on my content, thank you so much.
While I am here at home, I don't have any works to do, knowing that my body is still in te process of recovery, most especially my head due to a blood clot caused by the accident that happened to me.
But I thank God for unlike before, I can now do more and I can also do some of the chores and activities which I usually do while I am here at home. This means that my body is now much better than before.
I have scheduled to have our study session with my Nephew by afternoon around 4:00 in the afternoon. I have choose this time, as I know that he is now finished with playing and also watching TV. We set this time free him from any gadgets.
I have now told him to go to the table as we will be gong to study. When he heard it, at first he was hesitant but, when I told him that the class is near and he needs to study, he immediately went to the table.
What I give him first is a writing activity, and this time, I instructed him to write his name with the Grade 1 Kind at the end. He needed to add the Grade 1 Kind so that he will already know and this is what the Teacher told him to do.
He now then started writing his name. I can see that his writing skill is now much better than when he is still in the Kindergarten, but still he needs improvement. I told him to write more, so he will be familiar with his name and grade level.
After he has written his names multiple times, we needed to rest for just a few minutes as he wants to eat some snacks. It seems like, we're still at school for he still wants snacks. But as long as he keeps on doing his tasks, he will have snacks again and again.
After then, we need to do the next activity which is the reading session. What the Teacher give to my Nephew is a booklet which has a lot of short story to read by the students.
I have now let my Nephew read only 1 short story when we have a study session knowing that he is learning to read. But while I let him to read, I am happy for he can now read slowly some unfamiliar words for him before. While to those who is too hard for him to read, I have then teach him to read it and explain what is it all about.
It took him for just a few minutes to finished reading the short story that is why, it is good that only one short story every time we have a study session because it is too hard for him to read it. But thank God because he is improving than before.
It is already around 5:00 in the afternoon when we finally finished our study session, and I am happy and blessed as he definitely did a good work today and we will keep doing this until the regular class started.
Now, since we already finish our study session, he immediately went outside to looked for our hen with her Chicks as he keeps on hearing them very noisy, and this means that their hungry already.
What he did is that he give them a piece of bread which he eaten as thier foods. But I have decided to get them their food to feed them as it is already time for them to feed.
