Vegetable Salad With Boiled Okra

The first you see was a Vegetable salad with Boiled okra. Yesterday, I tried to cook this dish because this is my favorite and even my parents loves to eat this kind of food. The vegetables I used is what we called Camote Taps. A kind of common vegetables found here in the Philippines. Everybody loves to eat camote taps and it is very common recipé here.
There are few ingredients by making this recipé and totally not expensive by gathering the Ingredients, so lets begin.
First, Gather the Ingredients:
👉 Camote Taps vegetables
👉 Onions
👉 Vinegar
👉 Salt
👉 Ginger
How to Cook?
First pick the fresh leaves of the vegetables and be sure not to include the stalks only the leaves. Boiled it for 45 minutes and get leaves cook leaves only.
Washed it with clean water and check each leaves if there are tiny insects on the leaves that is why we should clean it very properly.
Next, Get ready to put the vinegar. This is the Primary source of taste to make your salad very delicious and tasty. Make sure to put a right proportion so that the taste will not be to sour.
Next, slice the onions into tiny pieces it will help the texture very good and tasty. Next, slice the ginger into right sizes it will help to make your salad smells good.
By boiling the okra vegetables, first washed it with clean water and after that, boiled it for a few minutes until the okra will turn into soft. You can put all together all vegetables.
If the vegetables are already boiled, mix the ingredients all together. The okra vegetables is also good if we dip on the vinegar only.
This is our simple, delicious and nutritious dish for today.
