There is no putt putt here but if someone made one properly I bet it would succeed. I think there is something that prevents putt putt from making it over here, perhaps the grass cannot be maintained because of the rain and sun. I dunno. I found a putt putt place in Chiang Mai randomly once and in lieu of grass the whole place was just flat cement, it was stupid.

Maybe the K-mart you are talking about could retrofit to electric, then the ventilation fans wouldn't be necessary. Our karts were all electric and they were pretty fast.
