I will share the experience of renovating a place to sit and relax, this place is not spociius only about 5 square meters.
Behind the house there is a building for resting or seat, the age of building is almost ten years. The building is supported by wooden construction,but the wooden floors and supports were rotten and evensually the wooden floors were replaced with ceramic floors.
I work on building the floor for six days,but the upper contruction was not replaced,after the bottom was dismantled and the poles were supported with bamboo to make it strong.
The material for this work needed material such Cement, sand, hebel, iron,to make colums instead of wood, ceramic for flooring,wood and additional material, materials, starting to make the foundation around the building then backfilling with soil.
The soil is then compacted,the next step is backfill with coarse sand on top of which iron is installed by crossing. The next step is to enter a mixture of cement and sand in stir,after being cast.
Then the next step is to install ceramic tiles with a spirit level so that the tile are even.
The other job in to make four colums using concrete iron,the floor and colum work has been completed. The next step is to make a wooden backrest so it doesn't fall when sitting.
The last job is to point the coloms,wall,finished work to make a resting place, make a place to relax and sit,is behind the house there are some plants as shade.
The cost of renovating the lounge and seating is divided in two,material expenditures such as cement,sand,wood,iron,erthworks are estimate tobe Rp 2.000.000,- (rupiah indonesia) and the cost to pay builders is around Rp 1.000.000,-(rupiah indonesia). Thank you.
