Hi, Hive friends! The next activity we did was Helmet Diving. I was very excited about it because I bought an underwater camera case for my old digital camera just to see if it would work. Here is my 7th entry of the #winterchallenge.
You can see I had 2 cameras with me, a DSLR and a digital camera. I found these photos taken by another friend so why not publish them here?

When we arrived at the helmet diving station, our tour guide took our group photo. The underwater photos will be included with the service we paid and they will give us the CD after.
My friends enjoyed the Helmet Diving without me
It was me who went down first but I had trouble with my ears. It was uncomfortable. I was having claustrophobia for real. I don't want to have ruptured ears so I don't want to risk it. I cried because the pain was unbearable. I panicked less than a meter, I tried but I couldn't. I got defeated by pain.
My friends were happy underwater. I went up to the water raft and continued to cry. The staff told me to snorkel and I saw them underwater. I tried to take a photo of them but my digicam wasn't that nice. I was like crap, no photos then.
Of course, I was jealous. I was sad by the fact I paid for it. It was an expensive activity but I never got the chance to enjoy it. I tried to do this in Thailand but I also failed. Part of me was like, I need to conquer this fear.
I was happy for my friends that they never had the same trouble as me. It's okay, as long as nobody disrupts our vacation by going to a hospital. I don't want to have ruptured ears and pay bills.
Anyway, the staff entertained me so I wasn't feeling blue. They asked me many questions about where I was from. Yeah, I was a chatty person. At least, I never stayed sad and crying by the time my friends were underwater. I don't want to ruin my vacation.
Helmet diving is a must-do activity, especially if you're not into scuba diving. But make sure you won't have the same ear problem as me.
I prefer scuba diving more than helmet diving though. XD
