The New Year is a difficult time for us. Because we are selling at this time. Most shops are closed during the New Year, so shoppers start shopping at our store. Daily sales more than doubled due to more buyers than usual. (With the increase in sales, there is a downside)
Due to the increase in sales, our employees (including me) have to carry overload. Due to the large number of people coming into the shop, we have to make sure that there are no unwanted problems in the shop (most of them get drunk during the new year, in addition to avoiding extra cash, keeping the price right, not being stolen and providing the best customer service).
Due to these issues, stock checks and inventory can not be re-examined these days. Therefore, on the second day of the new year, the shop is closed for one day. We have to check the inventory in the warehouse. During the New Year period, the main items are pure water, Cold drink and alcohol.
When I checked the inventory in the warehouse, it was quite confusing. (Because employees leave as they please.)
I do not blame them for their lack of time.
So we have to rearrange everything. First you need to put the paper back in the warehouse (these sheets can be resold by weight).
Then the water cards have to be taken out and rearranged. Eventually, I was able to sort out some of them.
