Hello everybody,
It was a good weather that day hence we travel again, me, hubby, our driver my son and his son, our grandson. The night before, I already cooked rice for the dogs and their viand because we discussed that we will be early going to the beach. Thus, at 5 am I already let all the dogs eat and placed water on their container for their water to drink whole day. We left the house as early as 6am traveled to Dalaguete beach park. Passing by the municipality of Argao where we ate our breakfast. First, we passed by our favorite eatery because of their yummy pochero, but oh oh, the place was abandoned no more business. So, we just went ahead found another place just 200 meters away. The place is awesome just in front of the seashore.
The food we ordered for breakfast were all delicious. Then my attention went to their small fish pond full of Koi fish, red and black Tilapia. I interviewed them how it was done and do they sell Tilapia fingerlinks because long time already I want to have Tilapia fish pond. I was grateful a senior citizen I think their father was accomodating with my questions.
After we were all full we continued with our travel, ended at Dalaguete Beach Park. Thanks it was still early only less beach goers were swimming.
My son was the only one who went swimming, we set up hubby's chair and we just stayed under the Magtalisay tree where small fishing boats were dock and observing some swimmers. We just stayed there for two hours because hubby was not happy. He liked roadtrip more. Then, I told him I will go swimming first before we moved out. So, I run to the sea, but oh oh I can't stand the cold water when it reached my knees, the water was so cold I retreated, hahaha!
Hubby wanted to travel far then I suggested we went to Balamban to buy Avocados, he ok'd. So, back to our tracks, our son followed the Uling-Naga road because less traffic.
To Toledo City then next was Balamban area. We passed by Cebu trans central Hiway and we stopped over for a while viewing the mountain ranges, enjoying the fresh gusty winds.
Then, proceeded to the roadside store selling fresh fruits. Timing there were avocados, I bought 5 kilos plus vegetables like sayote, cauli flower, cooked corn, dragon fruit, tomatoes, onions, garlic, eggplants.and pechay. We ate the cooked sweet corn inside the van and decided to go home. But, hubby still wants to stay. So, my son said we stopped to drink coffee. Along the way he saw a new coffee shop. We stopped, there. It is indeed a nice coffee shop simply over looking the sunset, called Cafescape
We set up hubby's chair at the parking lot overlooking the Sunset, at first he liked only to stay at the Van but we forced him to go out because the view was so nice. We just helped him walked without slippers because the parking area was clean.
We only ordered cold espresso because we were full with the hot cooked corn an hour ago.
The resto's place was amazing and breathtaking view of the mountain range of Balamban.
When sunset came our son told us to connect my hand to hubby formed a heart and he snapped it. Wow! We like the silhuette effect.
And, he snapped his Daddy, where we let him stand and hold the railings.
I also took their pictures, father and son, which was a rare moment to behold.
After our photography session with the sunset, we travelled home and promised to come back.
My son really drived fast because this sunset scene I snapped at Toledo City already.
Grateful much for our travel, we went home safe and sound.
