Today my wife and I go out and traveled for another day to relax in our free time.This time we went to Chiang Dao District again because it was about 50 kilometers from my house. And the journey to this district is about 1 hour. We intended to go to a temple that we had never been to in Chiang Dao District. But in this post, I haven't shared the temples in Chiang Dao district for today's trip. Because there are still temples from last week's Chiang Dao trip that I haven't shared with friends yet. So I want to share the temples in this district from last week's trip with friends first. Let's go and enjoy.
This temple is called Wat Sawang Arom. Wat Sawang Arom is a small common monastery in a rural community of Chiang Dao District that is don't quite famous. This temple was built in AD 1923 or 101 years ago. But we don't know this temple. We see this temple by chance from a temple sign along the highway. And had to travel on rural road to get to the temple.

Since this temple is a small temple, there is not much space. The section containing the buddha image hall (viharn), there are only buddha image hall (viharn) and pagoda. But there is no ordination hall (ubosot).

The pagoda of the temple is a white pagoda. Even though this pagoda is a white pagoda, But I think pagoda is just as beautiful as the gold color pagoda.
Additionally, on the outdoor courtyard of temple there are the pavilions, a bell tower and section containing the monks' living quarters.
The highlight of the temple, I think is the atmosphere around the temple. This temple is located on a hill. So we see the village and nature views fram this hill lookout.
