Have a nice day Hivers 👋
Today, I don't have any specific task to do that is needed to be done so I went to look on my notes and I saw there that I supposed to make room freshener. I was looking forward to make it last week but I was very busy and I remembered it today.
I changed my children's feeding bottles once every 3 months. And last week I had already bought a new one and I am going to threw it away but I refused because I think I can make something out from it. It's durable and I am thinking of making it a container. But it doesn't have any cap or lid.
Then I came up an idea what if I'm going to make a room air freshener out from it. So I gather the things I need. The two feeding bottles, salt, fabric conditioner, a rope and a spoon.
First I put the desired amount of salt in each container using a spoon.
Then I poured a desired amount of fabric conditioner on each container
Then I closed it with the primary lead. Tie a rope around it because I am going to hang it since my kids are playful.
Then I found a perfect place to put it. I hang it in the living area near my workplace and near the main door.
I really like doing recycling things because I think if something can be used then I'll used it. Well, all over our things are recycled materials. So I'll show you some.
These are empty soft drinks containers and I reused it as a container for cooking oil and chili garlic oil. I also made a room freshener for the kitchen and I reused an empty dish washing paste container. Also my salt's container is from my favorite Halo-Halo container.
When I go to grocery stores, I always chose to put my groceries in a carton box so I can used it at home. Some of it will be organizers like mine here in the kitchen. Also my skincare and work related hygiene are in the box.
Also our clothes at home are separated from the clothes that is for going out. Our daily used clothes, I put it in a fruit crates. I bought an orange crate and one crates can be finished eating in 2 to 3 weeks. Instead of throwing it away. I decided to have it as a clothes organizer.
I'm in a rented house and I don't know how many months we will be staying here so buying cabinets and larger things could be troublesome when we change location so I rely on more efficient, low cost and eco friendly way of living.
That's all for today Hivers! I hope you like it. Thanks for reading it up here.
