Morning walk is my regular activity now. I walk in the morning three times a week. This morning, I still did the same route with the last walk but I took different direction in the middle of the way. I walked to the right side of the TOL street.
The sun shone brightly this morning. It warmed up my body. I felt comfortable with the morning sunlight. My skin did not feel burnt. Some health experts said that morning sunlight was great for our health.
After 20 minutes walking. I stopped and enjoyed the fresh air. Though the tree were cut down, the air was still fresh here because there were no many cars. There was a little air pollution. I walked back and went to the market. On the middle of the TOL street, there were some kids playing with fire crackers. The kids looked happy. They ran after they burt the fire crackers.
There were a lot of people in the morning market. The market was always crowded in the morning. Sellers provided some meat, chicken, eggs, tempe, tofus and some vegetables on their stalls. Moms always bought daily needs here.
My wife bought some chicken meat. We wanted to cook fried chicken. A kilogram of chicken was around IDR 37,000.- or $2.2. The price of chicken rised because the demand increased. The high demand was influenced by the fasting month. Next week, there will be Iedul Fitri. It is a Muslim celebration after one month of fasting. In Iedul Fitri people will buy chicken to make some traditional meal like opor ayam, Lontong sayur, and soto ayam. All those menu need chicken meat.
Thanks for visiting my blog. Next time I will tell more stories of my morning walk.
