Good afternoon all friends and friends who love nature and photography and photomacro where ever you are, it's nice to be back again in the #ASEANHIVE community which is growing very well right now. and on this very good occasion I will share again some macro photography of red mushrooms that I got yesterday when I was in an empty land and a lot of wood remains that have been cut into small pieces, and that may be the work of some people near here looking for wood fuel to save gas.
Among some of the woods that were seen there, I saw a red goblet mushroom growing luxuriantly and I approached it to take some macro shots that I will share today with all of my friends.
Shiitake mushrooms grow naturally on the decayed wood of deciduous trees such as oak, shii, chestnut, maple, mulberry and others. This mushroom is dark brown measuring 5-10 cm. This mushroom has a savory and meat-like taste and can be consumed either fresh or dried.
This mushroom also offers vitamins, minerals and other bioactive compounds that provide various health benefits. Here are the various benefits that can be obtained from mushrooms:
The researchers concluded that shiitake mushrooms could prevent weight gain, fat accumulation and plasma triacylglycerol when added to a high-fat diet. However, more research is needed to demonstrate the effects of shiitake mushrooms on obesity in humans.
Some of the portraits that I have shared hopefully can make friends all like the collection of beautiful red forest mushrooms. Thank you for visiting and let's make everything beautiful.
