How are you all today? I hope everyone is doing fine right now. It’s been a while since I’ve posted life blogs here and now here I am again, 
Yesterday, while casually scrolling through Facebook during my break, I came across a post from someone here in our area selling the trending "Inspired Dubai Chewy Pistachio Cookie". I've been seeing this treat all over social media lately especially from food vloggers, and I've honestly been so curious about what makes it so special. As someone who has a soft spot for sweets, I could not resist the temptation of trying it for myself.
Right away, I sent the seller a message to ask if the trending cookies were still available. Thankfully, lucky me! she replied that there were still a few boxes left. Without hesitation, I told her I would buy some and just pick them up after work. It felt like I had something exciting to look forward to the whole afternoon.
After work, I headed straight to the pickup place. When I arrived, I noticed she also had another flavor available which was the "Biscoff". Since I already made the trip and because I have zero self-control when it comes to desserts, I decided to grab a box of that too! Why not right?
As soon as I got home, I immediately opened the box and tried the chewy pistachio cookie first. One bite in, and I finally understood the hype. It was soft, chewy, and filled with rich kanafeh pistachio flavor. What I loved the most was that it was not overly sweet. The sweetness was just right, perfect for someone in her thirties like me who still loves desserts but prefers something balanced and not too sugary.
And here's the funny part! The box had only two pieces, and before I even realized it, I had already finished both! Yes, I completely emptied the whole box in one sitting. No regrets though, because it was absolutely worth it! Sometimes, you just have to treat yourself and enjoy every bite without guilt. It was such a simple dessert, but it truly made my day!
