Before the year ends,we're grateful that despite everything happened,I'm given the chance to let my students experienced a memorable Christmas Party.At exactly 12:30 noon, students were already prepared and excited in coming to school. Classrooms were already filled with decors, tables and chairs arranged and everything was set in order.Committees being assigned in each area were both working hand in hand,from program,food,sound system and aftercare committee.
We started the program with a short prayer, led by my student and then the singing of the national anthem and a short inspirational messages from the class president was also given.
Everybody's excited for the most awaited part of the program-- were the GAMES,CONTEST,RAFFLES AND PRIZES WERE ALSO HIGHLIGHTED DURING THE DAY..
Everyone was participating the games,such as lemon relay,trip to Jerusalem,the longest line, and bring me.. Smiles and laughters,giggles, cheers were buzzing inside the classroom.
Some were winners and some were losers during the games but everybody played in a fair and with sportsmanship during the game.Teams who won the game got their prizes.Thanks God I have a supportive parents who donated something for the prizes.
.And after the sweaty and exciting games they're asked to get their food just enough for themselves.Joliibee supermeal was their favorite,so their taking one box of it, an iced tea drink, a piece of puto cheese and 1 cup of macaroni fruit salad.
Everyone was getting their own share, happily and satisfied with the good food of the day.Truly a happy tummy made them a happy student of the day😁
So while they're happily eating, students who were joining singing contest serenade them with their beautiful voices, entertaining their classmates with their favorite songs.
After everything's done,we've come to the most important part of the program,THE MONITA MONITO GIVING OF GIFTS..
At the end each of them recieved and gave gifts to one another, happy and with all the joy,they're being reminded of--that this season is a season of giving and love and it's not the expensive material or gift that truly matters, what matters were the presence and the friendship and the gift of togetherness we've exchanged in this day,it is not the gift wrapped in a glossy and shiny paper. But what matters the most was the bond and the friendship felt and kept in one's heart.And so we ended the day,by taking a group photo,making the day a memorable day for us.
