Hello everyone 🤗 hope everyone's doing well..I just wanna share one of the delicious treats I've prepared for my kids.
Despite being busy for quite some weeks,I've decided to just prepare fruits for them..I find these fruits very healthy for the gut..
I went to supermarket finding something that could easily prepare to do treats for kids,and instead of picking up kids' favorite like pancake and muffins mix, I opted to pickin' up these delicious and nutritious papaya.
When went home,kids were very excited to see what's inside in the plastic bags..They're shocked of what they saw that instead of breads and biscuits, it's a sweet and red papaya😊🥰
I washed the papaya in a faucet and asked the kids to watch over me while cleaning the papaya.
Kids were also helping in removing the seeds after I sliced it.
Kids were enjoying removing the black seeds of the papaya,after that it was being peeled of from its skin. And then washed it again to remove it's slimy portion.
It's being sliced into smaller portions so that it will be easier for kids to chew and swallow it.
When they're tasting it for the first time,they made many faces😊
They find it at first not delicious, but I insisted to let them taste it because it's healthy and will help my kids also to remove bowel easily.
She's been constipated for how many days and been complaining that she's having a hard time to poop.
After several minutes of tasting again and again, they find it better to taste and they finish 1-2 slices atleast..Papaya offered a lot of healthy benefits most especially to our tummy or digestive tract.it's a good source also for vitamins A and
C..
