Day 2 of my visit to Perth.
This was the first place I drove to after I got my rented car.
One of the places that I wanted to visit was the Caversham Wildlife Park. Initially, I wanted to visit Perth Zoo, but I asked my friend and he told me that it wasn't as big as this park.
It is advisable to drive to get here. There is a train station that you can use to take the train here, but you have to walk for another 30 to 45 minutes in the sun. It's no laughing matter. It took me 5 minutes to drive into the park.
The adult ticket price is AUD 35 per person. So it is around RM 100.

A kangaroo is relaxing on the sandy grounds.
This zoo is quite worth a visit if you plan to bring your family here. Lots to do, as well as it is a family-friendly park. The animals here are not enclosed, and they can roam around freely. You can pet most of the animals here.
There are daily show times here. They give you a paper with what activities you can do and the showtimes. So, the first on the list is definitely going to be a visit to the Koala enclosure.

The Koala here is also giant-sized. My wife fit in her pouch.

The Koala is munching on its favourite poisonous food. The Eucalyptus.

The Quoka - Such a cute little one here. There weren't many quokas around.

The little penguins

It was feeding time for the penguins. These are adult penguins, but small in size.
You can see kangaroos all around the zoo and feed them.

The family of kangaroos is hanging out at the same place. Happy, I guess.

I noticed this particular kangaroo with its comical face. So I decided to take a photo of it. Very cute indeed. It looks like it is smiling but from what I can see, this kangaroo is actually trying to avoid the sun.

My wife is feeding a kangaroo.

The wool shearing show. This is one great show. I enjoyed it.

The baby sheep were here too.

You can also milk the cow. I felt the udder of the cow while I was milking the cow. It felt quite hard to describe.

My wife and the goat.

Some of the Australian kids were excited about the animals here, and he was telling my wife how the goat used its hooves to bang him. So funny.
Then, there is this.

She posed for me to take a photo. Hope she sees this picture. Australians are quite friendly from my view. This park feels more like a park rather than an animal zoo as the animals here are quite happy and have their freedom.

Holding the snake. I went and held it in my arms, too, and took a photo. Will be showing that photo sometime in the future.

After around two hours, we walked along most of the park, and it was time for some ice cream before heading off. I am still on my way to editing videos. Will be sharing the video versions in the not so soon future. I had so much gear with me and memory cards.

That is the trip to Caversham Wildlife Park. This is a great place to spend your time if you are visiting Perth, Australia. This park is worth the visit. Wanted to write longer, but am not feeling that great.
It was time to go to the next destination.
Thank you for reading this post. Have a wonderful Saturday. I love writing and creating videos for my hobby.
