Next to the mall is this huge university located in the heart of the city. It is big and multi-story. Usually, most universities in Malaysia that I've seen are only a couple of stories high. Curtin University, which is located in Miri, is only two to three stories high at most, but in a huge compound. However, this is a university in Hong Kong that is at least ten stories high.
There are not a lot of smokers in Hong Kong, but when they do smoke, they smoke. This is one of those areas where they just casually sit there and smoke their cigarettes.
If I had an opportunity, the university of Hong Kong is definitely one of those places that I would want to visit.
I also visited the Toys R Us in the Festival Walk mall.
There are so many Mini Verse things here. These are quite fun to have. You can buy these and sit there and spend a bit of time crafting these Mini worlds.
I guess, I would also have fun making these mini versions of real life food.
The gardening set and the Master Chef series.
I am not a good cook. Maybe perhaps just a simple fried egg but maybe doing kits like these would be the first step in cooking.
The mascot here at Toys R Us Hong Kong. The giraffe must be really proud.
After that it is time to explore the other parts of the city.
Ladies market
This is one of the most popular areas to explore here in Hong Kong. It is the ladies' market. Lots of bargain stuff to buy.
Super crowded. Lots of people buy their veggies and fruits here.
Some of the economy rice choices
These are affordable and at times, I would definitely have a meal here. It's more to Malaysian price.
I can imagine that a couple of decades ago, the whole street here would be filled with Neon Lights but at this point of time, there are not many left.
Evening was arriving pretty soon here in Hong Kong and it is the last day here before heading back to Kuala Lumpur.
Thank you very much for reading this post.
Sad day as my trip to Hong Kong ends. Will be coming again in the not-so-distant future.
