Good morning. It's another Sunday. Time flies. I am going to write a post about my breakfast. The most exciting meal of the day. One day before I sleep, I dream of the breakfast that I am going to eat the next day.
So, this time I went to Fah Wei Kopitiam. The food here takes time. So I had some time. The chef takes his time to make eat meal.
Fried noodles
Fried crispy noodles with lots of veggies, and tomato gravy.

This was my third time here. Usually, I come to eat here if I am not in a hurry.
The restaurant is quite clean. There are a lot of fresh veggies that hang in the glass cabinet.
My wife looking at the menu above to check out what they have. Lots of delicious local delights to choose from.
I ordered a plate of Kuching Fried noodles. Kuching is the capital city of Sarawak. I am in Miri.
After half an hour, the Kuching fried noodles arrived. This is one dish to try out. The noodles here are fried till they become crispy. There are lots of tomato slices and lettuce in this dish. Then, there is the tomato sauce.

Wa Tan Ho
This plate of noodles has fried kueh tiaw ( a type of flat noodle) here in Sarawak and is placed in a lot of semi-liquid gravy.
