One thing I do know is that they are herbs that are boiled with other herbs as treatment. Here the good thing is that, once the doctor gets an idea of what your likely problem is, they would write a prescription with at least 20 different types of herbs and then supply you a week's supply of them in vacuum sealed bags. So you can just put the medicine in hot water and you can drink it.

My wife came here a while ago cause she had some back pain.
After a week of the medicine, somehow, she is getting better. When we go hiking, she used to complain that it was pretty difficult and she had to keep resting. But this time, while we went for an hour hike, she just kept on going. Wow. Amazing.
