The beginning of this crop of the farmer has to adopt a lot of hard work. From cultivation of land to use of organic fertilizers such as manure composting etc., the farmers are persistent in producing crops with great effort. A farmer's food security is only surviving on three meals a day of rice. As a result of this great hard work of the farmer, we can safely eat two handfuls of rice. Their assessment is top notch which is very important to ensure in our legislation. We always have to remember that the appreciation of the farmer means the innovation of a new nature with the fertility of the paddy fields and all the infrastructures something always delights.

While the nutritious food is produced by the farmer himself, we always respect this hard work of the farmer for two handfuls of rice. But due to lack of money Kiser and his family members are not able to eat that food, it is a very sad thing for us. It seems that you cannot buy 1 kg of hilsa fish by selling two maunds of paddy. This is more sad to me. But another thing is not to be said. How many days in a year can a farmer buy 1 kg of beef by selling one maund or two maunds.
But they are giving us great joy and a talent for living through their hard work. However, it is very difficult for farmers to become more helpless due to the rise in commodity prices. The life of the farmer has become miserable as the farmer has to buy everything that the farmer needs for paddy cultivation which is very expensive.
Farmers always work all year round, wet with sun and rain. But when he went to sell paddy, he did not get a suitable price. This silent struggle of farmers is nowhere discussed and no one takes any initiative. But for the farmer we are getting two handfuls of rice today. Also, there is no one to hold the farmer's hand.
There is no change in the fortunes of farmers who have been cultivating rice for ages. Therefore, the information provided by the Directorate of Agricultural Extension of each country also shows the picture. But I think those of us who have abundant resources. Activities should be conducted in the field of sustainable agriculture development. Which we all have to take responsibility one by one.
The tobacco industry in particular reflects heavily on our country. In our country Etel achieves the success goal of soil fertility by incorporating organic fertilizers into the soil. That's why all the crops turn into great yields. Tobacco production is particularly good in the grasslands. Farmers happily produce this tobacco and give it to various factories or institutions. They buy copper at a very low valuation and make it salable by carrying out machinery operations abroad. But here the assessment of the farmer must be higher. Tobacco leaves are dried in farmers' houses. Men, women and children are engaged in drying tobacco. In particular, the by-products of tobacco leaves enter their bodies with the air. Those dust particles enter the noses and mouths of people with air without wearing any regular protection or masks. Which is really a long-term health hazard. Those who are not involved in tabas cultivation are also affected.
Let us always value the farmer. The farmer always strives for a real innovation. We go down with what we have where the farmer works hard and evaluates the farmer harshly. We aim to create a new nature without neglecting this hard work of the farmer. We always support farmers and allocate resources for agricultural use instead of maintaining abundant resources. Such resources will not always be useful. There are many such assets in people's balance sheets or institutions. We are always using our resources in various ways in the hope of profit. But we all should be aware of how much money we are spending on nature innovation and agriculture. All activities should be conducted regularly to protect nature and environment. Farmers should be evaluated. At the same time, abundant wealth has to be given away. Which is the responsibility of each of us. We must always take strict initiative in fulfilling this responsibility. This rigorous initiative will always find us aiming to invent a new nature. The Creator will always rekindle that great feeling of great creation.
However, according to experts, not only admissions in agriculture sector and giving small incentives will not change the fortunes of farmers. To change the fortunes of the farmers, the farmers of Bangladesh are suffering from a structural coercion. Therefore, to benefit the farmers, self-will is very necessary. Also, the materials for rice production should be given to the farmers at affordable prices. Farmers' food security must be ensured first. If not, the farmer will lose interest in paddy cultivation day by day. Then different people of the world will suffer due to food shortage in the country. To avoid such risks, the farmer must be evaluated.
