Hallo Hive Community!
The mosque is not only a place to pray or participate in religious activities, but also as a charity field through charity boxes.
This charity box is usually placed just like that in several corners of the mosque so that anyone can fill it when finished praying or participating in other religious activities.
However, especially during Friday prayers, this charity box will be circulated to each congregation so that they can make their donations.
Usually the money that has been collected in several charity boxes that are circulated on that day will be counted by the mosque administrator after completing Friday prayers.
We know that charity box money or mosque treasury (read: income) is the people's money. They spend their wealth for the benefit of the mosque, the interests of Muslims so that the mosque as a place of worship becomes a good and comfortable facility for anyone who carries out worship rituals and pious deeds.
Therefore, the mosque's cash money does not belong to individuals or groups. For this reason, good management is needed so that the money is effective for the benefit of the mosque. On this basis, a mosque management structure or takmir was formed, one of whose duties was the authority to regulate and utilize the mosque's cash.
That's all my writing on this occasion, thank you all for visiting, see you in the next post
