The is a short write up in your second language, but an honest and deep reveal.
A couple years ago my doctor started prescribing medicine for me to take regularly. Then this year my health check up results are worse than ever, borderline everything. I wondered if these medicines had anything to do with it. The doctor of course says, "No! Just stop eating white bread and sugars and chew your food instead of just swallowing it. Then exercise until you are breathing so heavy you can't talk. Seems obvious. Theoretically I thought I was doing those things, but when I check my daily life I realize I wasn't.
There are apps that motivate people to walk. Those apps frustrate me because they take the front screen of my phone. Instead of using an app, I just developed a routine. I am not allowed outside of the gate of prison until work time is finished, but our school is big enough to get a good work out walking from one side to the other and going through different floors and then I end up at the gym hitting a ball against the wall. Whether you are outside walking in a forest or in a city or inside a building or in a hotel gym, we are all just hamsters in a cage.
As a boy I loved the "coffee and..." part of church. Between Sunday school and worship there were donuts served on a table. I would take three or four Boston cream donuts and then my dad wondered why I couldn't sit still during the worship service. When I think of it, I ate enough snacks and treats for one life time. I should find something else to enjoy.^^
