Hello everyone, how are you? I hope you're all well. Recently, I took a free city tour using the busway. The busway is a form of public transportation in Jakarta with affordable fares. It only costs IDR 3,500 for a one-way trip.
For Jakarta residents, this is a very pleasant experience. There's no traffic jams and the price is affordable. The busway has its own lane, so traffic jams are inevitable. One of the Jakarta government's services for its residents is the free tourist bus. It operates daily. What are the routes?

There are only five routes. I took one, Monas-Juanda. I'll try to tour Jakarta on this route. What are the routes? It starts at Monas, then Immanuel Church, Gambir Station, Istiqlal Mosque, the Cathedral, and ends at Juanda. The interesting thing about this route is that we'll talk about its history.
I've already told you about the history of these places. The tourist bus is actually double-decker. Many people ride on the second level because you can see the tall buildings and it's more beautiful. I also chose the second floor.
Even though I already know all the history, I quite enjoyed and enjoyed riding this bus. Oh yeah, when I first arrived in Jakarta, I also took a free tourist route, but I forget which route. There were many people with their families, especially children, and their mothers and fathers would point out the buildings the guides were referring to.
It was both a tourist attraction and an educational experience for the children. I left a little sick, so I couldn't enjoy the entire route. I left at four o'clock, so I only made it a few. This bus isn't available 24 hours a day, like some busway routes in Jakarta. It only operates from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
That's enough for people who want a free tour. That's all I can tell you about this. What's the landscape like? Is there something like this in your country? Share your experiences if you have. See you again in the next story.
