Hello everyone! As always, I have a recipe to share with you all. Today's dish features sausage: Stir-fried Sausage with Ketchup
This might sound like a simple dish, but it's incredibly tasty and visually appealing. The sweet and tangy flavor of the ketchup pairs perfectly with the crisp and juicy sausage, creating a wonderful mix of tastes and textures. I've also added the fragrance of garlic and a hint of black pepper to make it even more delicious. This is a huge favorite in my house, especially with my kids, and I think a lot of you will love it too!

Recipe : Stir-fried Sausage with Ketchup
INGREDIENTS
- Sausages
- 3 tbsp minced pork
- 2 tbsp coarsely chopped onion
- 1 tbsp coarsely chopped garlic
- 1 tbsp sliced spring onion (green onion)
- 5 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tsp seasoning powder
- 1 tsp sugar
- A pinch of ground black pepper
- Vegetable oil for frying
- A splash of water


INSTRUCTIONS
- Start by preparing the sausages. Remove the plastic casings and make shallow cuts across each sausage. This helps them cook through and absorb the sauce better.

- Heat a little vegetable oil in a pan over low-medium heat. Add the chopped garlic and stir-fry until it becomes fragrant.

- Add the coarsely chopped onion and continue to stir-fry until it softens and becomes translucent.


- Add the minced pork, breaking it up, and stir-fry until it's fully cooked.


- Add the prepared sausages to the pan. Stir-fry everything together. If the mixture looks too dry at this point, add a small splash of water.


- It's time for the ketchup! Add the 5 tablespoons and mix well to coat everything evenly.


Season with the seasoning powder, sugar, and ground black pepper. Keep stir-frying until everything is well combined and heated through.
Give it a taste, you should have a delicious balance of sweet, salty, and tangy flavors.

- Turn off the heat, transfer to a serving plate, and garnish with the sliced spring onion. It's best enjoyed hot with a big plate of steamed rice!
