Hello all my hive Friends. I’m back and today I’m so excited to tell you guy about Phnom Kulen mountain that I just go with my family two days ago.
Phnom Kulen is the most popular and beautiful places in Sirem Reap, Cambodia 🇰🇭. Of special religious significance to Hindus and Buddhists who come to the mountain in pilgrimage.
This place is so relaxing and have a fresh air and you can have a picnic as well.I was have a picnic with my family and take some pictures . As you can see this place have lots of stone and beautiful nature.
Khmer people in previous generations use to bring some stone in this mountain to build lots of temple in Siem Reap Cambodia
After I had a picnic with my family I also go to see “Preah Ang Thom pagoda” (Khmer:ព្រះអង្គធំ) is an 8meters (26ft) tall statue of reclining Buddha reaching nirvana.
The statue is carved into a huge natural sandstone boulder to which a modern staircase has been added along with shelter over the Buddha.
You can take off your shoes,say your blessing . Khmer people beliefs when are blessing or praying to do something success ot will always come true and give you a good luck and happiness .
Khmer people in Previous generation was a sculpture by hand and lots of statues was under the river as well
After I visit “preah Ang Thom pagoda” I was take some beautiful pictures of Khmer people selling souvenirs they handmade some bracelets, necklaces, rings, bags and mores they even selling cloths as well.
They also sculpture some Buddha and Apsora and mores . And it’s a Traditional or handmade products too.
I’m so happy to show you guys how beautiful and lovely views in this place is you can see that it’s so fresh and you should come visit my country and to see some history and nature too. We’re happy and welcome 🙏🏽 that you come visit our country to see our culture and our Khmer history
