I partly agree with you. We just don’t spend time in places with bars and drunk crowds, but from what I’ve heard, that side definitely exists. Those people would probably behave the same way in their own countries anyway.
Pattaya itself is a beautiful city in a great location, but it tends to attract all sorts of questionable characters like a magnet 😄
