Hey everyone! How’s it going? Welcome back to another blog! Can you believe it’s been a whole week already? Time flies when you’re busy. 😅 I’ve been feeling really tired lately. With all the school activities, projects, and assignments, it seems like there’s no break, even with the holidays coming up. I’m honestly drained. My throat feels scratchy, and my voice sounds different. Almost like it’s about to give out. 😅 I’ve been close to catching a cough, so I’m trying to rest up when I can. This month has definitely been tough.
On top of everything, there’s just so much to juggle. It’s like each day brings a new set of tasks and deadlines.😖 Even simple things, like getting enough sleep or finding a moment to relax, have become a challenge. It’s easy to feel overwhelmed when you’re constantly on the go. But amidst all this chaos, I’ve been trying to remember to take care of myself. One small thing that helps is staying hydrated. In weather like this, it’s easy to forget to drink enough water, but it really makes a difference. If you can, stick to water at room temperature, it’s gentler on your system and helps keep your energy up. I hope you’re all managing okay and finding moments to take care of yourselves. Remember, it’s okay to take breaks and give yourself a little downtime. We’re all in this together, and sometimes the best thing we can do is stay positive and keep pushing through.💪
Let me share my experiences these past few days!!
First, let me share these stunning landscapes I captured in my photos. The clouds are giving me major Ghibli vibes!!! Can you believe ittt?? Haha. As you all know, I have a deep love for nature, especially the sky, so moments like these really resonate with me. The sunsets these past few days have been absolutely gorgeous, painting the sky with vibrant colors and creating such a serene atmosphere. It’s a bit frustrating that I haven’t been able to see them as often as I’d like due to my busy schedule. 🥲
Despite the rush and the never-ending to-do list😪, these views are a reminder of how important it is to pause and take in the beauty around us. Each sunset is a little gift from nature, a chance to breathe and appreciate the world’s wonders. Even though I’m missing out on these moments more than I’d like, I’m grateful for the times I do get to experience them. They serve as a gentle nudge to slow down, savor the present, and find joy in the little things amidst the chaos.
On August 17, we had a celebration called "LINGGO NG KABATAAN 2K24" in Tambongon, San Remigio, Cebu. The youth officers, including myself in my role as treasurer, planned the whole event. We had a day filled with fun Filipino games and ended with a singing and dance contest in the evening. Organizing the flow of the event took a lot of time and effort. We had our share of arguments, especially since some officers had classes and could only help intermittently. There were moments when I felt a bit irresponsible for not being able to contribute more, but despite these challenges, we stayed strong and determined. And yes, the event was a success!
A big thank you to everyone who supported us, including the guests and officials who helped make this event possible. We made our vows as responsible officers to continue serving our community and to follow the guidance of our SK chairman. The event started around 10 AM and didn’t wrap up until 1 AM. I was so drained by the end of it! As part of our duties, we had to clean up the area afterward, so we didn’t head home right away. We spent extra time ensuring everything was in its proper place and tidied up. It was exhausting but rewarding, knowing we pulled it off together.
Then, we have these cuties!!11-DESCARTES!! I’m really happy that this section has so many cameras because we take lots of photos together. 😂 My camera isn’t the best, but we still capture some great moments. I love hanging out with everyone!! It’s always a good time. We tease each other almost every day, and we always end up laughing. It’s amazing how much fun we have every day at school. From joking around to taking spontaneous pictures, these little things make school life so much better. These moments with my classmates are definitely some of the best parts of my day.💌
Though some of us are on different sections now, we still have a strong bond between us! We encountered a lot of problems but together, we surpassed it! I really appreciate these babies!! I love them so much! We eat together, we laugh at our own lame jokes, from argues to gossiping, high school life is amazing!!! I sometimes forget that I have a problem because they make me smile, and laugh. "I love the real me when I'm with them" according to , and I indeed believe that. I love you guys so much!
Lastly, check out this lovely rainbow! 🌈 I spotted it yesterday while heading home, and I was so amazed that I had to stop and take a picture. I quickly took my bag off, placed it on a wooden flat surface along with my envelope and my classmate's guitar. Speaking of the guitar, I’m currently working on a VERNACULAR SONG for the upcoming BUWAN NG WIKA competition at San Remigio National High School. Since I don’t have my own guitar, I borrowed my classmate’s, and he kindly let me use it—of course, I’m being extra careful with it.
Back to the rainbow, it was stunning! I immediately grabbed my phone and snapped a picture. It was the first time I’d seen a rainbow that looked like a perfect downward parabola! 🙉 I usually see rainbows as a half of it, so this was really special.😻
And that’s a wrap for today’s blog! I hope you enjoyed reading about my little adventures and moments of joy. Life has its busy and challenging days, but it’s these small, unexpected wonders that make everything worthwhile. Thanks for sharing these experiences with me, and I can’t wait to bring you more stories next time. Until then, take care and keep finding beauty in the everyday moments everything!! Kiotsukete min'nasan!!
