Today started with a very warm atmosphere. Since morning, the strong presence of the sun is seen, due to which the temperature is felt very high. From the morning it was clear that today would be very hot, with lots of sweat and not much going out. Due to the heat, the thirst for water is felt again and again.
To be honest, this kind of unexpected warmth really creates a lot of trouble in people's lives. Usually during this time there is not much warm weather but monsoon rains and then gradually winter starts. In simple words, this time is the time of arrival of winter, but this time, looking at the nature and environment, the opposite scene is seen. Maybe this winter will be a little late.
However, I didn't dare go outside today because of the heat, but spent some time in my vegetable garden. Although most of my vegetable garden is lying bare at the moment. Because I could not plant any new vegetables due to excessive rainfall. However, the rains have been a blessing for me and taro is making a great presence throughout my garden.
Taro is a very nutritious vegetable and it grows very quickly. My entire vegetable garden is covered in taro. When I entered the vegetable garden this morning, the scenery made me happy. Especially still I have a lot of green chilli plants in my garden and they have produced a lot of green chillies, that too thanks to the rains.
I cleared some weeds around the taro and saw that some of the taro plants had grown quite large. I intend to collect them tomorrow. If the weather is good, I will try to share a recipe with taro tomorrow. Taro is one of my all-time favorite recipes, which I learned from my mother. Which I still remember and I try to make that recipe sometimes.
See, there are many vegetables like taro that we don't have to bother with, don't need too much care. With just a little weeding, they grow quickly. According to the rules of nature, many things of nature become additional benefits for us, but still we cannot ensure the proper use of these nutritious vegetables. This is one of our failures.
