During this time, we increase our worship. That is why my videos were closed for a few days. I am back with a new healthy salad recipe. After fasting all day, our body wants healthy food. Eating healthy food makes our fasting successful.
Science says that if a person does not eat all day, harmful cells are destroyed. And at this time, it is better to avoid all the foods we have identified. The body stays healthy by not eating sugary foods.
We should all be health conscious. Today I have prepared a beautiful salad for my iftar. It is as delicious to eat as it is very tempting to look at.
After fasting all day, the human body feels very tired. Today, when we eat healthy foods, the body feels much better.
To make this healthy salad, I took some ingredients. The ingredients are: Carrot, Cucumber, Beetroot, Two Green Chillies, Some Coriander Leaves.
I washed them very well and chopped them. Now I will add chopped chilli, chopped coriander leaves, salt, I will also add some sour curd.
Sour curd has many benefits for the body. Now I will mix all the ingredients very well. Wow, our delicious healthy salad is ready. Raw vegetables actually have many benefits for the body.
