I am going to share a moment of traveling with you. I like bus journeys very much. Today I will share with you a popular bridge in Bangladesh. Which is named Jamuna Bridge. This bridge is a long bridge.
It was inaugurated in 1998. Through this bridge, a bond is created between our Tangail and Sirajganj. This bridge is located on the Jamuna River.
Before this bridge was built, people used to travel from one side to the other with difficulty. Our Sirajganj city is a commercial city. Many people from Sirajganj used to come to Tangail city for trade with great difficulty. After the construction of this bridge, their difficulties have been reduced.
Currently, it is the 98th bridge in the world. And it is the sixth largest bridge in South Asia. The length of this bridge is 4.8 kilometers and the width is 18.5. My father's house is Sirajganj and my in-laws' house is Tangail. This bridge is located between my in-laws' house and my father's house.
The bridge has 4 lanes. When it was built, Bangladesh received a lot of help from the outside world. Although it was possible because of our Prime Minister. People on both sides are enjoying the facilities. Today, I also saw the bridge again after a long time, so I shared it with you.
A large number of vehicles travel over the bridge every day.
If we want to go from Tangail to Sirajganj, we must pass over this bridge. So I also came over the bridge by bus today. The bridge looked quite beautiful from the bus. Another new railway line has been built next to the bridge.
It is spring. During this time of spring, flowers appear on the trees. The leaves die and fall off the trees. And I saw these scenes from the bus.
The cuckoo's call can be heard in spring.
Spring takes on new forms all around.
