Hello everyone!
Hope all are safe and well!
Today, I gonna share on how I cooked the Bilaog Seashells that was freshly catched by us. 😀
My brother is the one who boiled the Bilaog Seashells first at the rest house near the seashore. He wash it three times. Put in a pot with tap water and bring it to boil.
When it boiled and the shells opened, he removed it from the fire and put it in a basin.
My brother clean and wash the boiled and cooked Bilaog.
Then, he give it to me cleaned already and ready for me to cook. 😀
Since, I am going to cook the Bilaog meat, I prepared the ingredients I needed for Adobo style.
