Hello everyone!
Hope all are safe and well!
It's been so long I haven't posted my recipes and stories. I wasn't able to write blogs. Fortunately, I have time right now, while I am here at Landers waiting for my date. Charooot! 🤗🤗
Anyways, let me share to you all my very own Magic Shikika Recipe. I made my own version of Patty. Let me show you how I did it. 😀
First, I gathered the ingredients I needed. I am sorry that I forgot to take a picture of all the ingredients.
Ingredients:
- 5 pcs Hotdogs
- 100g Chinese Pechay
- 1 medium size Carrots
- 2 small eggs
- 1 small onion
- Small amount of grated cheese (I used herbs and garlic cheese)
- 1 cup Flour (I used all purpose flour)
- 1 small sachet Crispy Fry breading mix
- Cooking oil
Procedure:
- Prepare all the ingredients. Wash the Chinese Pechay, onion and carrots.
- Peel the onion and carrots.
- Cut into small pieces the hotdogs, Chinese Pechay, carrots and onion.
- Put together the hotdogs, Chinese Pechay, carrots and onion in grinding machine.
- Grind it until all is done.
- When done grinding, add crispy fry breading mix and all purpose flour. Mix well.
- All eggs and grated cheese. Mix well. I am just using my clean bare hands in mixing together.
- When the mixture is ready, prepare the pan. Heat the cooking oil and fry the mixture using a tablespoon to scoop a mixture and flaten the mixture in the pan while frying.
- When the mixture are all done frying, it is ready to serve. It can be a viand for family's meal. 🤗
That's how simple on how I cooked my very own patty.
By the way, I cooked that Patty when I am on a vacation at home. I used some as a patty of the sandwich I made.
While some are our viand. It was one of our foods in New Year's Eve. I just made a mushroom sauce for the patty as if it's a burger steak in Jollibee. 😁😁😁
It is me who prepared most of our Media Noche foods. 🤗🤗
Have a Blessed Saturday everyone! 😀😀😀💖💖💖
Thank You Lord for the blessings and love!
