Have you tried eating sweet potato tops salad and fried dried fish for your meals? How do you prepare sweet potato tops salad? Have you tried pairing it with fried dried fish and rice. 😀
Well, last night my dish was sweet potato tops salad, fried dried fish and paired with rice. 😀
At first, I don't know what to cook when I arrived in my boarding house after work. It's already six o'clock in the evening when I decided to go to the previous boarding house of my brother. And checked at the garden of what I can get for dinner. Ola! There are sweet potato tops. I picked some and get back to boarding house after picking.
When I get back in my boarding house, I did wash the sweet potato tops in a running water. Then, I cook rice, fried the dried fish and prepared the soy sauce with vinegar and slices of onion and tomato.
By the way, when the rice was cooked I put on top the sweet potato tops to cook it.
Here's my dinner meal last night. I only separate the sauce from the sweet potato tops so that it won't absorb much sauce. 😀 I only dip the sweet potato tops in a sauce. 😀
