Do you like doing exercises in winter morning 🥶 as for me I don't like . All of you are known that it is very cold in winter especially in the morning . It is really hard to get up early from my bed . I like to sleep with my bolster in the blanket with warmth . One of weekend I hangout with my best friend and eat lunch she tell me she climbs to Sagaing Hill with her younger brother everyday in theses days. She encourage me to join and climb with them.After think about it and I agree to join with them. Although I don't want to get up early I decided to try because I have not been out for a long time Anyway it is long time no travel because of Covid-19. After making appointment next morning I get up at 4:30AM , wash my face and ready to wait them . They come to my home at 5:00AM and we go to Sagaing Hill with motorcycle . We leave our motorcycle at the foot of the hill. At that time I suprisely looking around there are many people at the foot of mountain .
Some of the people climbs with their sport bicycle, some are doing warm-up exercises. We start walk and climb along the way we talk a lot and take selfie.I take photographing the scenes a long the side. Although my shots are bad I like photographing .
It is about 45 minutes to arrive at the top of the hill . Finally we arrive the top, at there I can fell fresh air and cool although the air is cool it is good to do exercises. At there we spent about 35 minutes by doing exercises, taking photos,make funs and come back down from the hill. After eating breakfast we go back to home at 7:30AM.
At night I feel the pain from my legs cause of my first day of climbing.
The next morning my friend's boyfriend come along with her . I'm being third-wheel again 🤣

That's why I hate couple lol 😆
For the last, I would like to suggest get up early in winter morningyou can feel the fresh air and do exercises.
I'm sure that you can feel free,free from stress and gets different good feelings.And also doing exercises in the morning can help you healthy good.
