Hello! For today, I decided not to draw for the daily celebration because the celebration is best expressed in words, in my opinion. Yesterday was the WORLD GRATITUDE DAY and INTERNATIONAL DAY OF PEACE.
I was supposed to write about it yesterday but my laptop is a pooper and began flickering white again. Thank goodness the flickering stopped today. You'll know the flickering is back when the screen turns white for about a second during the startup. This didn't happen right now even without doing anything. I felt relieved to be honest since I've been thinking about the problem the whole day. (Happy International Day of Peace!!!😂) Though I know this is only temporary and I'm sure this laptop is going to betray me when I least expect it. (I really need to save up now for a new computer.)

Okay, moving on to the main topic of this post. I want to ask you, what are you grateful for today? Of course, since this is my post, I will have to answer the question here while you can write your answer at the comments section.
The first thing I am grateful for today is my laptop surprisingly working fine. Honestly, I am running out of solutions and if the problem comes back, it might be a trouble. So I'd like to thank my laptop for cooperating. Please hang on until I get enough funds for a new computer. Please!
Next, is being healthy and alive despite the continuous spread of the covid-19 virus. The virus cases is gradually increasing in our town and going out really feels unsafe. Truly that today, health is the real wealth.
Last would be a gratitude for creative ideas and opportunities. Of course, one of the opportunities is Hive. Not that I only get rewarded for using this platform but it also helps me keep my sanity. I can write and draw about the things I want without judgement. Even talk about plants and foods too. Seriously, this is the only place I know where my art is compensated and I am very happy for it. And since only few people who knows me personally knows that I'm here, it gives me a space and a breathe of fresh air to be myself. :) Ugh, introvert problems!
Celebrating the World Gratitude Day is as simple as taking a moment to think about the positive things, big or small, that had or is happening in your life right now. You can be thankful of the material things, your health, relationships, and so on. If you wish to thank the negative things, then why not?
Meanwhile, you can celebrate the International Day of Peace by being at peace with the people around and perhaps to a person you have conflict with. The latter is kind of difficult though. With peace being the main thing being celebrated, the most important thing you should be at peace with is yourself. If you are not at peace with yourself then it will be a struggle as it will reflect on the outside and affect your well-being. So be at peace with people (if you can) and release all the thoughts running in your head. Relax.
