The menu is a bit spicy but it's really a different kind of fun to eat and whatever it tastes like is pretty unique. Anyway today I am going to share with you how misal is made. First of all, put the broken pot on a gas burner, take water in a pot, put turmeric powder and salt in it and keep it for cooking. And on the second burner on the gas, take three medium size onions and roast them well on fire along with coconuts too.
Then after that in another small pot with different kinds of spices and roasted it a little and after it was roasted ginger and garlic were also roasted in it. Then the onions and coconut which were roasted earlier were cut according to medium size. After that all these spices and onion coconut were finely divided in a mixer.
Then take a medium size onion and finely chop it. Then place a pot on the gas and add approximately four to five teaspoons of vegetable oil. When the oil gets a little hot, the first thing to do is to fry the finely chopped onion in it. After golden fry, add all the masalas that we finely paste in the mixer. And all this mixture was fried well.
After it is fried well, put the matki you have kept for cooking and all the water in it and boil it well for fifteen minutes and add salt to taste. We have now prepared the Rassa required for making the misal. Now making misal is not difficult because the most important ingredient in misal is the misal RASSA.
Now in a plate we can take the farsana which is available in the readymade shop and put this prepared stew in it and we can use onion cilantro to garnish it on top. And this mixture tastes so delicious when eaten with bread. We all love misal.
