I had to wake up earlier than usual today because I had to accompany my papa and do some grocery shopping for the store as well as for our own use. I usually go with him at least once or twice a month because I also have to do some transaction along the way. The weather these days has been crazy. It's usually hot and humid in the daytime but it rains a lot at night.
It was the same today. Last night was so rainy, but we went out around eight in the morning and it wasn't very hot... yet, at least.
There were some puddles on our way to the main road where we are going to take a tricycle going to the mall's supermarket. Despite that, the sky was very clear and Mr. Sun was even waving hello. ^^
I just love taking pictures of the sky. It seems so calming. These were the same sky, but the sun was too bright, so it looks darker on the second picture.
The high way going to the south seems calm although there were quite a number of vehicles. I wanna go somewhere south, soon. I mean, the beach is just a few minutes away from my place, but the beaches in the south are far more beautiful. <3
This is what happens when I take a picture while walking. Choose your focus. lol I like grocery shopping in the morning because there are less people. You can easily navigate around without bumping. I remember grocery shopping a couple days before Christmas and it was awful! There was hardly any space to walk around. XD
We bought some Chinese style fried chicken from Chowking! It's our favorite!!! Well, we originally planned to have some pork bbq from Mang Inasal, but they won't open until ten in the morning and it was still half an hour away during that time, so change of plan it is!
It was several minutes past ten when we were on our way home. The temperature and humidity were slowly rising... the same goes to the number of vehicles. Going to Cebu City, you can see the road is packed. It extends further, but this situation is still mild. It'll be crazier as the day continues.
Meet our neighbor's duckies. haha They're so cute, aren't they? I missed my footing and stepped on a small puddle when taking this picture. haha They just look adorable. It's funny how they sometimes hang around our neighbor's roof. They look like doves from afar.
Finally, it was home sweet home. Half a year later, the plants which were damaged by the super typhoon are all very beautiful and healthy. Some of them grew as tall if not taller than our fence.
Whew... It was nice to see people, but I feel tired that I stayed in my room for the rest of the day. Welcome to the world of an introvert. hahah xDD
I wonder what I'll do tonight. I opened some classes tomorrow, so it's going to be a busy Saturday for me, so let me enjoy the rest of my Friday by playing some mobile games and perhaps draw something? We'll see.
Thanks for checking this post out. See you around! (^^,)/
