By the time, I graduated from high school, I had not yet gone to university, so I taught kindergarten to the children I attended in middle school. I am not a government employee. At that time, I taught kindergarten kids from morning to evening and at night I taught elementary and middle school students in the dormitory.
I enjoy teaching children. I did not earn much money teaching children. But I gained a lot of experience. Kindergarten children are taught “A, B, C, D….” “1, 2, 3, 4,….”and poetry and more everyday. They really like the learn body parts song. They also like my storytelling. I play with them almost everyday.
Students celebrate their birthday at school with their friends. That days was the birthday of a student standing in the picture. That day he fed his friends cookies and milk. In the picture, the teacher and his friends are praying for his birthday. I think their actions are lovely.
I also taught Bagan traditional dance and Myanmar ethnic dance for the school festival. Because they were young, I thought it would be difficult for them to learn to dance. But they are smart. Within 10 days, they learned two dances that I taught them. The picture above is from when I was teaching them to dance.
In the middle of the picture, two girls in purple and red dresses were dancing a traditional Bagan dance at that time. The costume they are wearing is a Bagan traditional dress. This is the last picture of the school year. I gave them toys and said goodbye.
