Hello everyone especially here in our awesome community . It's been a while since I posted for my WednesdayWalk and MadeMeSmile, an awesome collaboration of
and
.
It was last August first when I and my husband went to our old classmate to buy their scraps. My husband is running his small junk shop and every time I had the chance I accompany him for support.
Here is my husband weighing the scraps.
After collecting the scraps, we decided to go home but we were awed by the new road that we saw. It wasn't there about 8 years ago when we had the chance to explore roads as a date. We preferred sightseeing and connecting with nature than having a date in the city.
Some parts of the road were concrete while some is still rough road.
We have been alone on the road for ten minutes and we started to worry, luckily, a little later, we saw someone passing the same road and asked where would it take us.I was hesitant to continue following the road , worrying if the fuel would be enough, but we thought we were halfway so we continued. I was very excited of the adventure that had been waiting for us.
The road was situated in farmlands so the view was so amazing. Every now and then I ask my husband to stop or slow down so I could take a better photo of the surroundings.
The clouds can only be seen far away the sun was so bright, it was almost blinding but I chose not to wear my sunglasses to see nature better.
It was not long when the road took us to familiar place, and we went to my cousin's house. I'm so glad she allowed me to take a photo of her plant collections. Too bad my cousin has no scraps for us to buy but at least we told them to call us if they have.
An amazing adventure, a trip and bonding with my love, a connection with nature in an unplanned escapade is indeed a walk that made me smile.
