Hello, The herbal hive community greetings🙏this is my first post in this community about detox herbs. As educated in Ayurveda herb is our life and our daily routines we use it often. they communicate with our body mind and soul. Using herbs in Ayurveda has a long history around 5000 years. Ayurveda is based on herbalism and Vedic philosophy and utilizes thousands of herbs.
Today I just include a few herbs and spices. which help us in our daily life to detoxify our bodies.
The ayurvedic first choice is CCF tea.CCF Tea. The Ayurvedic Detoxifying & Rejuvenating Decoction.
CCF is a mixture of coriander, cumin, and fennel seeds. When combined, and decocted to release their nutrient-rich, volatile oils.CCF tea makes for a powerful elixir supporting the body's natural detoxification process and helps rejuvenate the digestive fires. these three spices create a balanced, effective, natural gut cleanser. (In Ayurveda, most imbalances begin in the gut), it not only supports nutrient absorption but also maintains vibrant health. Ayurveda always comes back to the root-digestion. What we cannot digest leads to ama or toxins-whether it's physical, emotional, or mental. we are referring to toxins that have accumulated in the physical body.
1 tbsp coriander seed
1 tbsp cumin seed
1 tbsp fennel seed
mix together and just blend in the mixture.
Boil 3/4 liter water add these three spoons of the mixture. let it boil until decreased to 1/2 liter. strain it and tea is ready to use. In summertime add a few leaves of mint. and for rainy cold days adding ginger is beneficial. I use this lukewarm tea twice a day.
ginger turmeric and black pepper tea with the active ingredients curcumin gingerol, and piperine has a great effect on inflammation, digestion, reducing pain, and fighting cancer. ginger and turmeric could help decrease inflammation, relieve chronic pain, reduce nausea, and improve immune function. adding pepper increases absorption in the body.
boil the 1 cup water add 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1/2 tsp ginger powder, and 3-4 crushed black peppercorns. remove from heat let it stand for 2-3 min covered. strain and drink. if you like add honey

Early morning having the cup of this tea starts detoxing the body It works for blood and muscles detoxification.
Fresh coriander juice is good for detoxing heavy metals and bacteria from the body. fresh coriander juice dissolves renal stones (kidney stones) and strengthens the renal system.
mint lime tea. for stomachache and heavy acidity. mint leaves are a very good herb that detoxifies and relieves pain in the stomach and stops nausea. chewing fresh leaves after meals decreases acidity and burning sensation in the stomach.
boil a few saffron threads and crushed cardamom and drink warm or lukewarm to help detox a stressful mind.
this tea makes me more relaxed and calms down my mind for good sleep and more energy for the next day
using these herbs daily gives very good benefits for the body I use these herbs and suggest them to my near and dear ones and they are satisfied and happy. There is no harm in using these herbs in the routines described or in cuisine (diet) daily.
