Mutant barrels wedged in-between one of the biggest ports in the world and a navy base. Some people call it it paradise. This always makes me uncomfortable. I feel like I'm "supposed" to love it. The waves on a big swell are pretty amazing. The rest of it is... not exactly beautiful. Especially in comparison to the rest of the world. It's possibly the ugliest coastal area in in California. Oh well.
