This is my entry for the #monomad challenge :)
My girlfriend and I try to escape the city at least once a fortnight. We have recently discovered this magical secluded waterhole up in the ranges near to our home. It's only a short walk off the beaten track near a popular waterfall, but despite this, we are guaranteed to have the whole peaceful place to ourselves (most normal people would not consider venturing through the tangled bush like we do). It's a blessing because there's no sensation quite like skinny dipping in a cold fresh stream with the one you love most. The water is crisp, pure and drinkable. A lengthy dunk will totally revitalize entire nervous system. The trickles and plops and birdsong are medicine for minds that have been frazzled by the chaos of urban life.
Here are some photo's of my beautiful girl relaxing and enjoying the serenity. I'm very happy with the way these ones turned out. The moments were all candid.
Photo's were shot on my old Minolta x-300 with a 50mm lens.
Cheers for looking! I've been so inspired lately by all the great photography people are sharing on this community. Stoked to be contributing to something so cool.
Peace and love,
