This is my entry for the #monomad challenge " For my first post, I will tell you about the work of the Calang rural community, Aceh Jaya, Aceh. The daily work as a carrier for oil palm using wooden rowboats, because the location or garden where the oil palm is planted is near the foot of the mountain in the area, while the journey to that location has to cross a river or lake, because there is no road access that connects the two areas. And because of this, the price of palm oil itself is expensive, because the transportation of palm oil uses small rowing boats.
And I also had time to take pictures of some of their activities while they were working.
