This is another entry I submitted for the daily #monomad challenge.
These images were taken during the rainy season in August 2022. A small cluster of orange pinwheel mushrooms with tall, slender stems grows in a litter of fallen leaves. Some of them only have the stems left; they even looked like hair because the hat had fallen off. Others may meet the same fate; it's just a matter of time. They are really so tiny and adorable that you have to squint one eye to see how the texture of the cap mimics a parachute at a very close distance, about 5 cm from your eyes. I love them. I often stare at them in my phone gallery and mutter to myself, "Oh my, how beautiful they are!"
