This is my entry for the daily #monomad challenge
On today's #monomad challenge I again want to share some macro photos with two different insect objects. The first insect is a species of robber fly whose Latin name is Ommatius. Ommatius is a genus of robber flies from the Asilidae family.
The robber fly is the fiercest species of fly in my opinion, apart from its dashing shape accompanied by its aggressive behavior towards several other insect species. Robber flies are skilled predators and are very cunning in their aerial preying skills. But behind it all, robber flies will look calmer when they are relaxing on twigs or leaves.
Then the second insect is a species of stink bug from the Coreidae family. There are many species of coreidae stink bugs with several different sizes & the stink bugs I am sharing are small, when I found them they were mating which is why I decided to photograph and share them on today's monomad challenge.
