This is my entry for the #monomad challenge, it's also my first time taking part in a challenge ever, so please be gentle :)
I usually prefer taking colorful, vivid photos but this time I thought it would be nice to do something a little different. I took these photos in February after I noticed a group of birds occupying the tree that grows nearby our apartment. There were really many of them and I actually never saw them before so I got pretty curious. The first thing that caught my eye was how fluffy they looked. After a little bit of help from Google Search I think they're called "fieldflares", though feel free to correct me.
Anyway, the moment I saw them I quickly grabbed my Pentax 55-300mm lens to be able to capture them nicely and took a few photos.

Oto mój pierwszy post w ramach #monomad challenge. Zazwyczaj wolę robić kolorowe, żywe zdjęcia, jednak pomyślałam, że może przyda się coś nowego dla odmiany :) Zdjęcia te powstały w lutym, po tym jak zauważyłam za oknem dosyć sporą grupkę ptaków okupujących pobliskie drzewo. Nigdy wcześniej ich nie widziałam, a co przykuło moją uwagę najbardziej to ich puszyste upierzenie. Z drobną pomocą Google doszłam do tego, że są to prawdopodobnie kwiczoły, jednak mogę się mylić.
W każdym razie, w momencie gdy je zobaczyłam poleciałam po mój obiektyw 55-300mm do Pentaxa aby móc je ładnie uwiecznić na zdjęciach. Poniżej kilka z nich:
