True Love

I could try and write some fancy wordy blurb about how much I love these birds, but the truth is,

There aren't words profound enough.

All I know is every day they offer me something new. A learning experience. A creative opportunity. Friendship. Awe.

I can't imagine my life without them, but less than a year ago they weren't part of my life.
Up until then, I noticed them, sure. But I didn't truly see them.

And then one day this goofball starts bopping me on the head.

And now I see crows everywhere. Always. 'Til death do us part.
